* ASSISTANT INTERN
– Checking and controlling daily in-out documents in compliance with internal procedures/ regulations
– Flight/hotel/visa/catering/visitor supports
– Company seal (partly handling)
– Other tasks will be assigned depending on your performance
* ADMIN INTERN
– Suggestion scheme coordinator
– Preparing, delivering and monitoring memos to the shop floor
– Support to update data for KPI board, prepare for Communication meeting
– Supporting in documentation control
– Assisting Supervisor in some simple tasks
* MANUFACTURING ADMIN INTERN
– Standardize process and improvement to reach the target by SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
– Support and follow up Problem solving activities as a part of Continuous Improvement Process
– In charge of daily production monitoring and maintaining
* SOFTWARE DEVELOPER INTERN
– Develop software applications/ tools
– Involve in practical SW development projects
*IoT DEVELOPER INTERN
– Quickly design, develop, and test IoT technologies using a variety of languages and hardware
– Bring the conceptual ideas into reality by documenting the spec, conduct for the feasibility study and manage the IoT project.
– Develop the IoT software application to solve business case of HcP production
– Explore the data analytics and data mining tools to find best fit solutions according to customer needs
* INVESTMENT & PROJECT RELEASE INTERN
– Support coordination of investment planning and actualizing:
- Support detailed planning of investment plan in departments
- Arrange meetings to release investment plans
- Review investment requests from departments
- Raise work on for approvals basing on updated approval rules
– Support investment controlling:
- Collect investment data for controlling
- Contact responsible people for overdue tasks
- Support data consolidation in plant level
- Follow up investment upper limit with coordinators in each department
– Support release of new products and/or new production lines
– Support project manager to follow up schedule and milestones
– Other assigned tasks in group and department
Job Requirements
* ASSISTANT INTERN
-Education: Last-year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting)
– Fluent in both English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skill
– Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
– Personality: Careful, willing to learn, patient
-Good communiation skills
* ADMIN INTERN
– Last-year student major in Administration/ Business English, can be from College.
– Good PC skills especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
– Operationally oriented and comfortable working in a production plant environment
– Proactive, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
* MANUFACTURING ADMIN INTERN
– Education: Last-year student major in Engineering
– Enthusiastic, passion in new technology
– Willing to take challanges
– English fluent both writing and speaking
* SOFTWARE DEVELOPER INTERN
– 3rd-or 4th-year students major in IT
– Experience in developing small applications using .NET, analysis .NET source code
– Familiar with report tool (DevExpress), have basic understanding about Database
– Can design web page using PhP/ Asp.net is strong plus
– Good English reading on IT technical documents. good Vietnamese communication skills
– Disciplined, detail-oriented, desire to develop on programing skills
Involve in practical SW development projects
*IoT DEVELOPER INTERN
– 4th-year students major in Computer Science, specializing Software Engineering
– Experience in developing small applications using .NET (able to read/ analysis .NET source code) and software project Management
– Familiar with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, …) and database design (Oracle, MS SQL, …) is a strong plus
– Understanding on IT technical documents.
– Good English and Vietnamese communication skills
– Disciplined, detail oriented, desired to develop IT developer and/ore data engineer career in the corporate environment
* INVESTMENT & PROJECT RELEASE INTERN
-Last-year student major in finance, foreign trade or business-related fields
– Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
– Proficient at Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.)
– Careful, detail-oriented.
